One Component Polyurethane Grouting Materials
Water soluble hydrophilic type polyurethane grouting fluid:
1. The reaction rate is fast. It reacts in case of water and can block water quickly.
2. Good hydrophilicity. The unity is an elastic colloidal solid, which can wrap and swell the water, and then generate pressure to block the infiltration channel. After the water is lost, it will shrink to the original volume.
3. Large water content (water content, i.e. the time required for the grout to react with 10 times water to form a consolidated body).
Oil soluble hydrophobic type polyurethane grouting fluid:
1. The consolidated body has high strength and strong impermeability.
2. the solidarity is rigid foam shape, and the swelling body is hydrophobic, no water absorbing, and the solidarity does not shrink and is inelastic.
3. Large foaming multiple.

Finally, the selection principle of polyurethane grouting fluid is summarized in three sentences:
1. Select hydrophilic for water inflow and hydrophobic for water seepage;
2. Static cracks are hydrophobic and dynamic cracks are hydrophilic;
3. Both shall be used together.
Of course, both hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity must be used in the presence of open water. The actual problems on the construction site will be much more complex than the above introduction, but we have mastered the basic principles and basic performance, and can use them flexibly. 90% of the problems can be solved easily.
